Nubian goats come with a wide variety of markings. They are normally black, red or tan with white markings. The shape of their heads is their distinguishing characteristic, with their long, pendulous ears and rounded, or Roman, nose. Nubians have a lower milk production but higher butterfat content than other dairy goat breeds, on average.
